This idea is to allow for K1x Clients to toggle off from the portal questionnaires any question that they do not wish their Investors/Partners to have to answer as part of their annual Submissions (provide information and make tax elections). |

This idea will shorten, improve, and simplify the experience of Investors/Partners in their annual submissions because it will enable K1x Clients to remove any questions that are irrelevant to their investors, that they don't trust their investors to know the answers to, etc. |

Those K1x clients who are using the portals/questionnaires for only election gathering purposes (not for Schedule K1 Production) will most benefit from this idea, which will tailor the submission process to only election-making related questions. |

For example, our investors, who are only on K1x to make tax elections, do not need to answer questions like "Do you file an extension with the IRS?" "Are you a calendar yar filer" Provide the date you purchased your interest in this partnership/s-corp.?" "Are you participating in New York MCTMT?" "What is your principal business activity". K1x should revisit why a portal question is required - if its required because its need for Schedule K1 prepartaion, then its frustrating for those K1x Clients who are using K1x only for tax election collection, because it forces their investors to answer additional irrelevant questions.
