The diagnostics list the problem, but with very limited information to identify find the problem quickly. I would love to see a reference to the form or schedule the error is occurring or a possible option to drill down on the error to avoid time having to search for the diagnostic throughout the entire return. |

Preparers, reviewers, and clients. Diagnostics help create a good tax return and help clear severe diagnostics that would prevent an e-file reject. With a decrease in prep time and an ability to find the information faster, this would help create a better user experience. |

I would add another column or a more detailed description in 990-EV under the diagnostics section or a hyperlink to drill down on the problem. It would be awesome to have a data base or place to see common diagnostic errors to others identify the problem. This could also help reduce the number of tickets submitted. |
I don't know how much work it is from an IT perspective, but drilling down to go to the actual form section would be awesome.
