Customize Columns

In the Instance and Investments screens, it would be very helpful to be able to customize which columns are listed, the order they are listed, and the width of each column, etc.

How will this idea help you and potentially others? Understanding how things are done today, where the pain is, and how the idea is beneficial puts us in your shoes.

It will create a cleaner look that is specific to each users' needs. Each user could remove superfluous columns and add necessary ones.

Who will benefit from this idea? Whether it's specific roles of users, users of a specific product, or certain departments/markets, this helps us know who to talk to when we need more information.

All users could benefit from this, so they could have the exact layout that suits their needs. This would be a user-specific customization that would be saved in real time.

It would be similar to any existing program: there would be an option somewhere to "Customize Columns," for example, under the "Select All" dropdown menu. You could resize the columns similarly to Excel, where you select and drag the borders to the desired size.
