When users rollover engagements and select states to rollover, the actual assigned states should roll too. |

More efficiency. Currently when a user rolls over states, nothing rolls over. We have to review the prior year engagement, see what states were assigned and add them to the newly rolled over engagement. |

Please make it so when you rollover states, the selected states rollover to the new year. |
To expand on this, the rollover option is unchecked. Too many times is this overlooked, and the engagement is rolled over without that box being checked. The default should be rollover is checked for the State Module like it is pre-checked for the federal. This applies only if the state module was used in the prior year.
