-Replace "should" with "will" where a refund is applicable.

o Under Special Instructions:

-End first sentence with ":" and end the second sentence with "."

-In the first sentence, replace "Form 990" with "Form 8453-TE"

-In second sentence, replace "Form 990" with "the signed e-file authorization form""
