Make XML Validation Errors easy to understand how to fix. Use plain English in explanation. Another software we used had a website you could copy and paste error in and it would give you step by step instructions on how to fix.

    We had hard time too to understand the validation errors. It would have been helpful if software gives you instructions to clear errors or hyperlink which could direct you to the place where the error is!

    Agreed. We have been waiting well over a month for a solution regarding an error we keep getting, and we used this product for a few years now. Please help!

Make the E-file Validation message location more helpful

Per the CIient: I didn’t understand how there could be 3 errors, which I cleared, then when I ran it again there were 8 errors. And it never refers to the proper line to provide some guidance in what to correct.
