Client is uncertain whether using the reimport option will override existing data or append new information to existing data.
They would like to be able to export and import a list of users. Same with instances -- they cannot back-add instances to grant access to India for a group of clients.
Mainly they need to know if it will overwrite or append for both users and instances.
Append would be the preferred option.
