Portal Use Management should be Navigatable in K1x Navigator

As a K1x Client, I have the ability to add new users and edit existing users. Currently. this ability is provided by my K1x contact who sends a direct link each year for each project. This is frustrating and inconvenient. Why can't I just navigate to the Portal User Management site from directly within K1x Navigator? Why do I have to be provided and bookmark a direct link each year?

How will this idea help you and potentially others? Understanding how things are done today, where the pain is, and how the idea is beneficial puts us in your shoes.

Independence. I don't have to ask for the link. I can just log in and navigate accordingly. Why is portal user management its own issue. I can edit investor records in K1x Navigator. I can set the portals. I can export and do lots of things. Why can't I navigate to Portal Users and set my users accordingly.

Who will benefit from this idea? Whether it's specific roles of users, users of a specific product, or certain departments/markets, this helps us know who to talk to when we need more information.

Users don't have to wait as long to have their email associates attended. K1x Clients can be independent and don't have to rely on K1x Contacts. K1x Contacts/Support don't have to fulfill as many requests. Put it in our hands!
