990-T Schedule D

Add the option to complete multiple Schedules D, one for each silo. Currently there is only one Schedule D and we have to get additional Forms from the IRS website and attach them as PDFs when e-filing the 990T.

In addition, it would be helpful if the amounts would automatically flow to the applicable Schedule A Part I Line 4a so we don't have to manually enter them.
