Form 4797

Add the option to complete multiple Forms 4797, one for each silos. Currently there is only one 4797 and we have to get additional Forms from the IRS website and attach them as PDFs when e-filing the 990T.

In addition, it would be helpful if the amounts would automatically flow to the applicable Schedule A Part I Line 4b so we don't have to manually enter them.
