In an investment > Foreign Disclosure Forms > Add Transferee, the "Select Transferee" list is not able to be edited and is case sensitive. This means that it is easy to have duplicate transferees that should all be included as one. The problem is that once you add a transferee, it cannot be deleted. It would be nice to be able to pull a report, find your duplicate transferees, then delete them from the system.
K1X is currently working to improve the usability and design of our K-1 products. Once that work is complete, we will be reviewing ideas such as this one to implement in that new experience.
