Client User Experience within the 990 Tracker

The idea aims to enhance the Client Experience within the 990 Tracker by introducing several key features:

  1. Customizable View for Clients: Clients should have a personalized view of forms in the 990 Tracker. This involves allowing our users to see only the questions that are relevant to them, and giving us the ability to control which questions are visible to each user.

  2. Client Response Tracker: Implement a system that tracks client responses, allowing us to be alerted when a client completes a section. This feature should include a history field to keep records of previous interactions and responses.

  3. Client View Module: Develop a module within the 990 Tracker that lets our staff see exactly what the client experiences when they use the system. This will help us verify and ensure the quality of the client interface.

  4. Simplified Response Management: Create a single folder for client responses and another for staff responses, while removing any unnecessary folders. This will streamline the management of responses and improve organizational efficiency.
