There is a need for customized footnotes that address the partner or need to have variable text-based statements used similar in fashion to the allocation codes (insert the variable in the text, and the text string the variable is set to will ultimately print to the form) |

Might be somewhat like adding an allocation code to footnotes. String variables are assigned a code, and then insertable in the footnotes with custom text per partner. |
