Allow all grants to be entered into the software even those below $5,000 and the software only includes those at $5,001 and more.

Allows the Roll forward of addresses of grantees to be retained. Allows client to enter all grants for tracking purposes and eliminates the need for us to have sift through the data to eliminate grants below $5,000.

Who will benefit from this idea? Whether it's specific roles of users, users of a specific product, or certain departments/markets, this helps us know who to talk to when we need more information.

Clients benefit from being able to enter all data for their purposes. Preparers benefit from not having to sift through data to find those $5,000 and less grants.

I think an algorithm to not include grant s$5,000 and less in the XML or print version would work.
