There are green checkboxes at the top and bottom of the Conflict of Interest survey, between the floppy disc save button and the spellcheck button. I would like to change them to say Submit. |

We receive a handful of calls and emails every year from confused recipients who don't know how to submit the survey. Changing the button to say submit should ease their confusion and reduce the number of calls and emails. |
