Since we've started filtering the donor floor on Sch. B, we can also take it one step further and tie Sch. B donor information into the excess contributor list on Sch. A.

This will continue to automate and enhance C-TRAC and get ahead of client requests for improvement by taking a proactive step to better the product using themes already expressed by our client.

Pull in the SCh. B donor list into the Sch. A excess contributors list so they don't have to be separately maintained. Apply threshold filters and calculations as required by Sch. A as needed.
