Extract Full Statement Detail and Footnotes Text from K-1s

When K-1s are extracted, K-1 Reader looks for specific footnotes or details to extract. In addition to extracting specific footnotes, it should also extract the full detail of the footnotes and statement detail. This would allow it to eventually be viewed as part of the K-1 in K-1 Analyzer.
