Better reading for "Scanned" K-1's

There needs to be better reading around scanned k-1's. I realize the reading technology is built for non scanned k-1's but in reality, a large portion of k-1's are delivered as scanned copies. This is especially common with 1040 returns.

We have lots of scanned k-1's that don't read at all. This clogs up our process and we often don't know that the k-1 is scanned until we upload it to k-1 analyzer and begin to review.

Who will benefit from this idea? Whether it's specific roles of users, users of a specific product, or certain departments/markets, this helps us know who to talk to when we need more information.

This will help all clients as everyone in the industry receives scanned k-1's.

Improvements to the OCR reading. There is other technology that currently reads scanned k-1's better so I believe the analyzer reader needs to be improved when it identifies that the k-1 is scanned.
