I understand (and prefer) shrink to fit, but why are there some other variables? Our EIN and address are bolded and/or different fonts (look at the 9s). Also, could a max font size be implemented so the size disparities aren’t as glaring? Please refer to the 2022 Dentaquest Care Group, Inc. MA Form PC (Ticket #3252) and 2022 Indiana University Health, Inc. TN FAE 170 (#4753). Nonetheless, our preparers are frustrated and receive negative commentary from clients; even to the point of occasionally abandoning TaxSpace, and using RS Forms for some paper state filings. Thank you for taking time to review this and share our thoughts with your team. I wanted to show you a couple of the larger font examples that look less than professional and have caused our staff to go to a forms based platform and manually prepare because managers thought this looked less than the quality our clients expect from us.
