Eliminate the current 8621 input in favor of Part VII of the K-3 and map data from Sch. K-3, Part VII to the 8621 instead

If we're going to be rolling out the reading ability for Part VII of the K-3 which encompasses all the information currently housed in the 8621 tab under a single investment, we should use the K-3, Part VII input as the populator of the form instead of requiring duplicate data entry (in Part VII and on the 8621 tab).
