990 Tracker Paid Preparer - Indicate whether self-employed

When adding a new preparer it would be nice if a radio button existed to indicate if the paid preparer is self employed or not and then that default carried over to the paid preparer section. That way you wouldn’t have to update the toggle on every return as it would read from the preparer information.
