Scenario Builder: Make line item description be allocation code description

Could we make the detail names in the Scenario Builder default to the same names as the Allocation codes assigned? It takes a while to rename them to be the same as the allocation code. Since the allocation code naming is already the correct detail, this extra step to rename seems to double the work.
