UI: Provide the option to deactivate select Capital Accounts

Within the Entities section, provide the option to deactivate select Capital Accounts. In most cases, we only need the Tax Capital Account and deactivating the other accounts would clean up the various drop down options and avoid the user selecting the wrong Capital Account.
