Paid Preparer Default Setting

When making the selections in the paid preparer module there are defaults for the office and paid preparer. For office it seems to be coming from the first office in the list of offices so we added a fake office and called it “Select an Office” However, for paid prepare that same behavior isn’t applying. It automatically defaults to Other which appears to be coming from the backend because when we tried to add Select an Office as the first paid preparer thinking that would then be the default we found it still defaults to Other when you are first prompted to make a selection. We would like the backend option of Other to say either say Select a Paid Preparer or it have it behave the same way as it does for the office list where we enter a fake paid preparer as the first one in the list.
