Currently the process of adding users to offshore groups and configuring instances for 7216 acceptance is very cumbersome. We need a more efficient solution to deal with the volume of instances and years we work with. The process should only take a few minutes rather than the hours it can take now, depending on the volume of instances. |
How will this idea help you and potentially others? Understanding how things are done today, where the pain is, and how the idea is beneficial puts us in your shoes. |

See the attached screen capture. It would do in this particular spot in the software what is basically K1x's core selling point -- saving CPA's time and manual effort copy-pasting, and to make their workflows more efficient. |
Rather than adjusting the Instance Import Template to include an Offshore Group Assignment, can all Offshore Groups be activated every time an instance is added? That seems like it may be a better solution if possible. However, that is just so that all Offshore Groups are activated for an instance, access will not be granted. Access will still be controlled via the two columns (7216 Consent, Expiration Date) within the Instance Import Template.
