We suggest reviewing the "country under whose laws incorporated" and "principal place of business" on each form. Prefer the country presentation to be consistent by either using the country code (two digits) or spelling out the country in all areas. Currently, it looks like K-1X only uses the country code on page 1 line 2d. All other instances are spelled out entirely. |
