Make it easier to select Investors

Issue:

• Checkboxes are not available until "All Investors" option is selected which is inconvenient and frustrating UI/UX.

• The checkboxes should be visible by default. Why are they hidden under the "Select All" feature?

Selecting investors from the investor list on a project is cumbersome and frustrating. The current setup is not user friendly.

Who will benefit from this idea? Whether it's specific roles of users, users of a specific product, or certain departments/markets, this helps us know who to talk to when we need more information.
