Form 990, Part 8 lines 6 - 10 net income/loss not flowing through to respective columns/ Part 8, Line 6 through line 10 totals are not showing in column A. In Axcess you don't ever have to enter the net and if you change it the change downstreams accordingly. Also in Axcess there is a drop down for picking what time of revenue it is. This results in everything translating across to all the correct areas from the one entry. You will have to manually sum it up and enter the sum number in the total section if any number that goes into that field changes vs In CCH, it sums automatically from worksheet. Where A+B=C, if A or/and B changes C doesn't get updated automatically |

If preparer misses it, incorrect total could be presented. Return will not balance thus more time spent trying to figure out why |
