Tax Director can be any number of individuals, and we would like to have the ability to restrict it to only one user that we can add and then the Tax Director can add others at their company |

Reduces risk of us managing access to too many external users and reduces risk on client side of there being multiple people that can add other users. Currently, we could add 5 Tax Directors on the client side accidentally or even intentionally and then all 5 of those people could add other users whether all those users should access all information or not. |
Who will benefit from this idea? Whether it's specific roles of users, users of a specific product, or certain departments/markets, this helps us know who to talk to when we need more information. |
Both internally and externally can manage risk of access of unauthorized users. |

Allow only 1 Tax Director on a client (if 1 is too stringent, limit to a certain #). |
Due to how this works for us, all EYTSEO users have to be given Tax Director access. Otherwise, they do not have the right to lock returns and print final copies. We prefer the access roles be evaluated and updated for firm use. The current set up is from when only Crowe used it.
