Another access level that restricts internal users from being able to access Account Management side but able to rollover clients, add client users to specific clients, and some other functions that admins can do but basic can't.

How will this idea help you and potentially others? Understanding how things are done today, where the pain is, and how the idea is beneficial puts us in your shoes.

We have to restrict the ability to access the Account Management side because any Admin user can access and could potentially add themselves to the e-file role as an Admin.

Who will benefit from this idea? Whether it's specific roles of users, users of a specific product, or certain departments/markets, this helps us know who to talk to when we need more information.

We will benefit by reducing risk and increasing the ability to delegate tasks down to lower levels.
