Add various line items to the application and importability into the system

Add the ability for users to import line 5 gov-interest into the system. currently this doesn't flow anywhere.

Add the additional 3 kinds of retirement plans under line 13R. Currently the system defaults to IRA. The user should be able to designate which type and flow it to the correct spot in the filing system.

Add line 13W 2% floor input. Currently users have to edit this manually in a system

Currently, for 13w 2% floor, users are reclassing to non taxable or editing within the system which creates a lot of extra manual work. There should be an added field compatible with the filing system.

Users have to manually add 13R if it's a retirement plan other than IRA.

more of the same for line 5 gov interest. The check boxes in k1 analyzer don't affect where the data is imported into the filing system.
