Currently if Question J on the CA 199 is answered NO, the 3509 still prints when you print a pdf, but the form itself will not be efiled if Question J is answered NO. Is there a way to suppress pdf printing for form 3509, either in the system when the question is answered NO, or even by a "check the box" to suppress.
