Ability to adjust formatting of numbers and words on face page of the K-1 and default formatting options on footnotes

Currently, there is not a way to adjust formatting on the face of the K-1. A user should have the ability to format line items as leading zeros within percentages, the ability to display "SEE STMT", and upper case options.Within the footnotes, an option to classify zeros as blank, "NONE" or "-" would be helpful.
