Country Listing on K-3 should include the country code

On the K-3, items are listed by country code (i.e. CJ, AS, BA) but in K1A, we list by the full name of the country. There's no easy translation between the two and most people do not know what the codes represent. I proposed we append the country code to the dropdown listing in K1A so that they read "Cayman Islands (CJ)" "American Samoa (AS)" "Bahamas (BA)" etc.
