Cleaner/better efile acceptance Merged

We send efile acceptances to our clients. We need a better option for printing off e-filing acceptance to provide to clients. The current way is not clean as CCH or Go System provide and our clients are accustomed to. We need a quick printout for each entity that shows entity name, return type (990/990T), date, timestamp to show proof of e-file acceptance.
