Make the diagnostics easier to understand and clear without having to submit a support ticket to K1X to help us decipher. Right now many diagnostics are unclear and we have to submit a support ticket for assistance. Turnaround time for assistance is often greater than 1 business day.
Here is another example of why this request is needed. We are trying to efile a 4720 and received the attached validation error. But the error was deteremined to be because question B on page 1 of the 4720 was not answered. This error mentions nothing about that question.
