15 minute time-out should be extended to give users more time to work in and out of K-1 Analyzer

Explanations do not carryforward from the prior year. Many explanations do not change from one year to the next. Need to copy and paste.

Importing via excel to schedule B, Part VII, etc is a feature we currently have and use.

Create a slimmed down version of K-1 Analyzer where K-1s could be uploaded through K-1 Reader and sent on into UltraTax or other softwares. Reviewing, reporting, and foreign forms would not be needed.
